To Place An Order

 1. Acceptance of Orders: All orders are binding upon the factory only after acceptance by All-In-One®. Production time starts the day after the order is received by All-In-One®. We acknowledge orders via fax within 24 hours.

 2. Fax Orders are acceptable; please call to confirm receipt of fax by factory. We are unable to accept verbal purchase orders or verbal change orders.
 3. Purchase order information must be complete before production will be scheduled. Item, item color & description, imprint color(s), quantity, art (ad copy/logo), in hand date, ship to address & shipping method are all necessary for a purchase order to be considered complete. Any proofs (if required) must be approved and credit must be approved or order pre-paid before production begins.
 4. Please confirm that our customer service department is aware of any special notes or requests made on purchase order.
 5. All-In-One® is not responsible for errors that result from hand-written purchase orders and/or hand-written copy.
 6. Fax Proofs / eProofs are provided at no charge for orders of 5,000 units or more; billable at $12.00 (v) when requested for all other quantities. Pre-Production Proofs are $35.00 (v) per imprint color/location, no charge on orders of 10,000 units or more. Orders requiring a fax and/or a pre-production proof will not be scheduled for production until written approval is received by All-In-One®. Verbal approval is not accepted. All-In-One® is not responsible for art/typesetting errors after proof approval.
 7. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. All sales are subject to credit approval.
 8. All orders are subject to a 5% to 7% under/overrun and will be shipped and billed accordingly. A larger overrun may be required for multi-color/location imprints. For less than minimum quantity, if available, add $35.00 (v).
 9. Random Samples are available free of charge and are sent via US Mail. We will gladly ship samples via FedEx® or UPS® using Distributor’s shipper number.
10. Returns must have prior factory approval and RMA number, or shipment will be refused. Custom imprinted merchandise may not be returned unless shown to be defective or a factory error. In the rare case of factory error, All-In-One® reserves the right to choose whether to remake the merchandise or refund the net price of the defective product.
11. Cancellations: We reserve the right to charge 15% of total order amount or $35.00 (z), whichever is greater.
Imprinting Information

12. For Setup, running and die charges, see respective product pages. A 1,000 piece minimum applies for 3 or more imprint colors. Some items require laser engraving. This includes a laser-engraved logo or up to 25 characters, including spaces, in up to 3 lines of text. For laser engraving oxidation, add $.30 (v) per location and per piece.
13. Exact Reorders: First color imprint: no setup charge for silk-screen & pad-print imprints. Setups for second color and each additional color are as stated for each product. Laser engraving: add $25.00 (v) re-order setup.
14. Copy Change: $35.00 (v), min. catalog qty. for each product applies to each change.
15. Imprint Color Change: $28.00 (v), minimum catalog quantity for each product applies to each change.
16. Approximate PMS Color Match: $35.00 (v) per color; exact-color match not guaranteed. Silk-screen inks are matched to "coated/C" PMS colors only. "Uncoated/U" offset colors cannot be matched. Metallic PMS matches are not available.
17. Standard Product Colors: See respective product pages. Colors shown in this catalog are approximate and may vary from actual product. If product color is critical, request a free random sample; see #9 above for details. Custom product colors may be available; please inquire.
Production & Shipping

18. Standard Production Time is 5 to 7 business days from day after receipt of order and artwork, unless otherwise stated in catalog. Longer production time may be necessary for orders larger than end column quantities.
19. 3-Day Rush Service is available for many products, see respective product page. Electronic art is preferred for rush orders, as it is the fastest method. Super Rush may also be available; always inquire. Rush service not available for engraved items.
20. Normal Shipping Method: all packages are insured and shipped FedEx Ground, unless otherwise requested. Upon request, we ship via FedEx Express. For USPS shipments, add $30.00 (v) to shipping cost. C.O.D. shipments are not available. International shipments often incur unforeseen charges, including customs duties, fees and taxes; such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order. A handling charge will apply to all orders, including those shipped using customer’s carrier number. Pallet charge: $12.00 (z). Shipping carriers often add charges for address corrections, and surcharges for fuel and home/rural delivery after the order has been shipped from All-In-One®. Such charges are the responsibility of the distributor and will be invoiced accordingly.
21. Split Shipments: $10.00 (v) per address.
22. Stated Product Weights are only estimates and may vary.
23. All-In-One® cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the shipping carrier.
24. Shipping is FOB Factory in CA.
Artwork Guidelines

25. Digital Art is preferred; therefore we do not charge for logos when the artwork is e-mailed, uploaded to our FTP site (inquire), or sent on CD-R in an accepted vector format. Please include all fonts used. All-In-One® is Mac-based; however, files may be sent in either Mac or PC formats. Accepted formats are: Adobe Illustrator 3.2 - CS2, Corel Draw (type must be converted to curves and exported to Adobe Illustrator format i.e. FileName.ai). Please include all fonts used. Always send/fax a hard copy of art for factory proofing purposes. Multi-color art must be color separated.
26. E-mail subject-line must include distributor name and purchase order number. All-In-One® is not responsible for delays on orders that cannot immediately be matched with art due to incomplete or incorrect information.
27. If Camera Ready Art on paper is all that is available, we charge $35.00 (v) to scan the desired imprint. Should more extensive re-work be necessary, All-In-One’s art department can provide the service at $60.00 (v) per half hour.

29. Straight Line Text, up to 5 lines, will be typeset at no additional charge.
30. We will resize imprints proportionally to maximum imprint area, and we reserve the right to break lines and arrange copy for best appearance, unless otherwise instructed.
31. Fine lines or lines that are too close together will often not print as they are supposed to.  We reserve the right to change the thickness of any line stroke to enable All-In-One® to imprint the product with the highest clarity possible.
32. Always keep a copy of digital files. CDs and camera ready art will only be returned upon request. Artwork is kept on file for 24 months.
33. Prices are subject to change without notice due to world economic conditions.
